Chaque année le comité Recherche de l'IM2B lance ses appels à projets Recherche "Interdisciplinarité" et "Nouveaux Entrants". Ces appels soutiennent respectivement l'amorçage de nouvelles collaborations inter-laboratoires, voire inter-instituts, et l'amorçage de nouvelles thématiques portées par de nouveaux entrants au sein de l'IM2B. Ces 2 appels encouragent la prise de risque et l'audace scientifique.
Les projets lauréats Interdisciplinarité 2026 :
- Asgardomics - Exploring the diversity of Asgard archaea from shallow hydrothermal vents via culture-based and omics methods, porté par Gaël Erauso (MIO), Caroline Monteil (BIAM) et Christopher Lefèvre (BIAM).
- Analysis of bacterial phenotypic heterogeneity by flow cytometry, porté par Aude Barani (MIO) et Sybille Tachon (LCB).
- Structural evaluation of platelet-targeted immunotherapeutics in sepsis, porté par Yves Bourne (AFMB, IM2B) et Yotis Senis (C2VN, institut Cancer et Immunologie).
