Objective of the call for projects
By supporting new Master's-level training initiatives, the IM2B offers the opportunity to experiment with pedagogical innovations or initiate new collaborations, to strengthen the training-research link, develop internationalization, interdisciplinarity and/or the professionalization of training courses with a view to increasing their attractiveness and visibility and fostering the professional integration of students.
Targeted initiatives
The actions tested within the framework of a master's degree, or across several master's degrees, may focus on pedagogical initiatives or the emergence of new academic collaborations or collaborations with the socio-economic and cultural world. These initiatives must be different from those implemented as part of TIGER, but their complementarity is encouraged. They should enable the launch of initiatives with a transforming effect on student training. The conditions for their sustainability must therefore be considered as soon as the application is submitted.
By way of example, and without being exhaustive, this call for tenders could :
- Support innovative teaching practices (active pedagogy, tutored projects, problem-based approach, etc.), particularly in a context of demand from companies,
- Promote hands-on training, by developing synergies with the Institute's technology platforms,
- Encourage the development of international teaching partnerships based on complementary expertise, in particular by supporting outgoing mobility of teaching teams to IM2B's international targets,
- Support the development of interdisciplinary teaching units, including external partners where appropriate,
- Initiate projects involving the pedagogical use of digital technology, in particular to meet the challenges of distance learning.
- Support training for teaching teams in new pedagogical tools.

This call for tenders is open to teaching teams involved in Master's-level Training programs within the IM2B perimeter.
Projects must be led by at least one teacher-researcher from an IM2B UMR. They must be co-signed by the head(s) of the field(s) or course(s) concerned.
The application file must include a letter from the applicant attesting to the agreement in principle of the faculties or a letter of support from the faculties.
An IM2B member may submit only one project as a sponsor.
